Digital products

STELNEX shop items are digital resources delivered by download link after payment confirmation.

License

Unless an item states otherwise, your purchase grants you a personal or business-use license for your own project. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim the original resource as your own standalone product.

Payments and delivery

Paid downloads are unlocked after Paystack confirms the transaction. Keep your receipt reference safe; you can recover your download from the recovery page.

Refunds

Because digital files are delivered instantly, refunds are handled case by case for duplicate payments, failed delivery, or serious product issues.
