In this policy, “STELNEX”, “we”, “us” means STELNEX (Accra, Ghana), and “Services” means all of the products listed above. Where we build and host a platform on behalf of a business client, that client is the controller of their customers' data and we act as their processor.

Security is built into how we design, build and run every product. Our safeguards include:

Passwords are stored as one-way hashes — never in plain text — and secrets are protected.
Staff and systems get only the access they need, protected by strong authentication.
Activity is logged and monitored so we can detect and respond to suspicious behaviour.
Idempotency keys and verification stop duplicate charges and tampered or replayed orders.
Rate limiting, bot checks and signed tokens guard sign-ups, downloads and checkouts.
We also practise data minimisation (collecting only what's necessary), keep software patched and up to date, and rely on PCI-DSS-compliant processors for payments.
No system can be guaranteed 100% secure. We work hard to protect your data, and we ask you to keep your password private and contact us right away if you suspect any misuse.
We keep personal data only for as long as needed to provide the Services, support you, and meet legal, accounting and security obligations. When it's no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it so it can no longer identify you.

Our Services are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 13. Purchases must be made by someone of legal age. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
Some of our providers (such as hosting, analytics or payment partners) may process data on servers outside Ghana. Where data is transferred internationally, we take reasonable steps to ensure it remains protected to the standard described in this policy.
We may update this policy as our Services and the law evolve. The “Last updated” date at the top always reflects the current version, and we'll highlight any significant changes. Continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
